Charity Challenge.

The Charity Challenge program provides seed funding to small groups and gives them the freedom to develop innovative ways to use that funding to raise as much money as possible for a local good cause or someone in need.

Mercy Mission Canada has successfully completed Charity Challenge in 2009, 2010 and 2011, and through the initiative mobilized over 50 young people to take a careful look at their own community to identify a genuine need within it. Small groups applied for seed funding from Mercy Mission to help launch a campaign to benefit their identified cause by responding to its needs, desires and aspirations – all the while keeping a video diary of their works to document their journey and inspire other people to do the same in their own community.
