New operations Manager 

15th  Feb 2012

Alhamdulillah Waseem Chuqtai joined MM India as the Operations Manager on 15th February and will be looking after the overall Management of MM Madinah, Mumbai as well as specifically be involved in functions like Communications, PR, HR & Team Development. He comes with a rich management experience of working for 9 years at ’3G’, a leading contact centre in a senior position and has managed teams of 140 – 150 people under him

He has a task cut out to help MM India increase its productivity and efficiency through putting systems in place in the different areas mentioned above.

Understand Salah & Quran

2 – 5th  May 2011

A 5 Day workshop called ‘Understand Salah & Quran’ was conducted at MM Madinah Centre in Mumbai by ‘Understand Quran Academy’ of Hyderabad. Eighty participants benefited from these day long workshops. The academy was founded by Dr. Abdul Azeez and engages students through innovative techniques to facilitate the study of Arabic.

Summer Camp for Kids

8 – 15th  May 2011

Along with a healthy diet of Islam, the children were taught different skills like entrepreneurship, time management, communication, etc. at the weeklong camp. The culmination of the summer camp was a Meena Bazar, where they setup their own businesses and vied with other teams to make the most profit, utilizing their new found skills that they had learnt at the camp.
