An Exclusive Sisters Only Event on Sunday 12th August at Melbourne Madinah
An Exclusive Sisters Only Event
Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We pray this message finds you in the best state of health and Emaan. We pray that this only increases as the month of Ramadan progresses, insh’Allah. Ramadan is the month of mercy, forgiveness, rewards and most importantly the month of the Qur’an. Alhamdullilah, Allah swt has given us an opportunity to witness yet another Ramadan.
This Ramadan we have an exciting event for Sisters. Mercy Mission Melbourne Madinah would like to invite you to a Sisters ONLY talk by Sr Sara Hassan. Sr Sara Hassan is a renowned speaker in the community and has delivered several talks around Melbourne. Earlier this year she delivered a talk at the Twins of Faith Conference titled “Covered in Beauty”. This Ramadan she will be delivering a talk titled “How to stay motivated and feel the spirit of Ramadan when you are not fasting.” The purpose of this talk is because we sisters fall into a monthly holiday and therefore, during this period we feel left out when the rest of the Ummah is fasting. The talk revolves around how to maximise your ibaadah during this time, how to make every moment count, how to not miss out on the blessings of this month and much more. The talk will be followed by Iftar and Taraweeh with Tafseer of the Surahs recited during Taraweeh.
Come join us for an evening of sisterhood on the 12th August at 4:00pm at Melborne Madinah (36 La Trobe St, Melbourne-3000)! RSVP now!
FREE entry! Email inquiry: a.hussein@mercymission.org.au
